As reported previously, the two remaining episodes of Chuck will be airing this Thursday, January 24, kicking off episode 12 at 8pm to 9pm and will be wrapping up the season from 10pm to 11pm with episode 13. For those who can't wait to find out what's in store for the last new episodes of Chuck, read on for spoilers.
Episode 12, which is called “Chuck Versus the Undercover Lover,” opens with a flashback to the year 2004, where John Casey (Adam Baldwin) is involved with a female Russian named Ilsa, who claims she is a photo journalist. In present day, Chuck (Zachary Levi) discovers that many Russian arms dealers are secretly meeting in Los Angeles. One particular Russian woman catches his attention, and he flashes on her as being Agent Casey's ex-girlfriend, the woman Casey loved but thought he lost in a bombing in Chechnya. Chuck grows very intrigued and begins to pester Casey about their history.
Later, they learn that Casey's ex is set to marry a Russian crime boss named Victor Federov, prompting Chuck to push Casey to fight for his woman. As it turns out, Ilsa is also an undercover agent, trying to bring down Federov's organization by posing as his fiancée. When Casey and Chuck realize that Federov knows Ilsa is an agent and plans to kill her, they attempt to foil the plan and save the girl.
Following the Casey's romantic pursuits in “Chuck Versus the Undercover Lover,” two new characters will be introduced in episode 13, which is entitled “Chuck Versus The Marlin.” One is an attractive, young female enemy agent that works in the Pita Palace next to the Buy More, and the other is a handsome CIA agent who is posing as an undercover police detective investigating a theft at the Buy More who wants to take Chuck into his custody. The former blows Chuck's cover, while the latter abducts him and makes him vanish from his former life.
Another spoiler for this installment focuses on Capt. Awesome (Ryan McPartlin). After Capt. Awesome and Ellie (Sarah Lancaster )reached a tough point in their relationship, he decides to ask Chuck for Ellie's hand in marriage.
