Nope. it'll be someone else...
I've already been told who it is, and all I can say is that it's not Chuck's Family, nor is it anyone at Buy More...

io9.com/5047710/every-shocking-twist-from-chuck--revealedIf you don't want to get TOO spoiled (this has LOTS of info in it), don't read this... Chuck: The eleventh episode of the new season is the Christmas episode, and it features a gunman named Ned who holds the Buy More employees, plus Ellie, Awesome and Sarah, hostage. Casey gets injured and relucatantly allows himself to be one of the first hostages traded away. Awesome, meanwhile, uses his football background to come up with a plan to take the gunman out, and Chuck has to talk him out of it, based on Chuck's experience with scared gun-wielding men. "Don't be awesome," Chuck pleads. It turns out Ned just wants to go home and spend Christmas with his family, but he needs a way out of this situation. As negotiations go on, Chuck realizes that both Ned and the hostage negotiator, Lt. Mauser, are Fulcrum agents. They've figured out the government is protecting something or someone in the store. And now they've guessed that Chuck has a connection to Bryce Larkin, who stole the Intersect from them. Mauser threatens to shoot Chuck's sister if he doesn't come clean. So Chuck finally admits the truth, and Lt. Mauser says Ned will release another hostage — Chuck. An ambulance will take Chuck to a secure Fulcrum facility. Chuck begs to say a final goodbye to his sister. Then Sarah and Casey realize Fulcrum is capturing Chuck and race after him. Meanwhile, Chuck gives Sarah his mother's charm bracelet to show how much he cares. She protests that this is something he should give to a real girlfriend, and he says "I know," before putting it on her wrist anyway. And Morgan needs a bold gesture to win back Anna, so he seeks advice from Big Mike. Oh, and the fact that Big Mike is in this episode means that he obviously isn't in any danger of dying. [ChuckTV and SpoilerTV] Meanwhile, two awesome Chuck-Sarah moments take place in the season's second episode. In the first, Sarah struts sexily into the Buy More, to the strains of Huey Lewis, and plants a kiss on Chuck. In the second, the retired spy (played by John Larroquette) who's training Chuck orders him to practice his seduction technique on Sarah, and her reaction to his lame moves is hilarious. Meanwhile, the character who dies in the season opener is one fans won't miss. [EW] Here's the official synopsis for that episode, which is supposed to be sort of a riff on My Favorite Year: Emmy Award winner John Larroquette (“Boston Legal”) guest-stars as the legendary debonair spy Roan Montgomery and Melinda Clarke (“The O.C.”) guest-stars as a sultry but dangerous female spy known as the Black Widow. Chuck (Zachary Levi) must go undercover to retrieve the Cipher from the Black Widow. But in order to get close to his target, Chuck must learn the art of seduction from the suave and sophisticated Roan. Unfortunately for Chuck, Sarah (Yvonne Strahovski) and Casey (Adam Baldwin), Roan is no longer the world’s greatest spy. Meanwhile, Morgan (Joshua Gomez) offers Captain Awesome (Ryan McPartlin) some advice for a romantic night with Ellie (Sarah Lancaster), and Lester (Vik Sahay) struggles to gain respect at Buy More as the new assistant manager. And finally, here are some big spoilers for episode one: the new Intersect program self-destructs, because the final piece was a Trojan installed by Fulcrum. So Casey ends up not executing Chuck after all. And Lester gets the coveted assistant manager position after Chuck turns it down. [SpoilerTV]

Regarding the 11th Episode spoiler... Looks like Casey's gonna be on the wrong end of the gun this time around, folks. Hope it's not too serious, but it's sure gonna have to be *SOMETHING* for him to be down enough to be one of the hostages... *Someone's gonna need some TLC...*
