Adam was, for me, at the top of his form, reacting to Chuck's "You catch me when I fall" line... "I love you!" "Keep it in your pants, Bartowski!" As snarky as ever, and it's clear to me that Chuck is truly beginning to rub off on Casey. I don't think Casey would've pleaded not to kill anyone else that Beckman ordered him to kill... At the end, Morgan, Chuck, and Casey, hurrying over to see Jeff suffer Death By Twinkie... ;D Yup, they're beginning to suck Casey in and make him... family...

"The Beastmaster" comment killed me!
Sorry-I've had the flu since Saturday, just starting to feel a bit better.
Adam looked lovely, and we had a glimpse of his belly when he pulled his gun from his waistband. That was nice....
It was a good episode, and with it's run in to Heroes, it should do really well this season!

Yeah, that "Single white female pining for a beastmaster" line was cute. It kinda makes me wonder if Casey was pining for a Single White Female... ;D

I nearly died at the end when they went running to see Jeff eat the twinkies, yes, Casey is getting assimilated into the geeky life of a Buy More employee AND he's taking a liking to Chuck. It was so intense when he was in the house and had to kill him. Notice how he couldn't quite answer Sarah in this last episode, after she hesitated with Bryce. I think it's because he is hesitating himself. I'm so glad the show is back..I'm starting to get ideas for more fanfics. Casey-Centric of course!

Yeah. Casey can try to fight it, but they're slowly sucking him in and making him...family... ;D
This show's charm has always been about it's Fish-out-of-water elements.
I know this most often refers to Chuck, because he's surely a fish-out-of-water when it comes to the spying career, and all its attendant dangers.
But Sarah and Casey are also Fish-out-of-water in Chuck's world; Casey very much more so than Sarah-who probably hasn't been in the Spy biz long enough to be jaded by it.
But Casey has been in the NSA a while, and in the pilot episode, he was referred to by Sarah as a burnout.
Although Casey would probably disagree vehemently with me, I believe this assignment is probably the best thing that ever happened to him. It's putting him in touch with something he hasn't really touched in far too long. His humanity...

Very well said vandevere! I totally agree with you. I highly doubt that Casey is a burnout, they need 'older' hardheads like him on the team and even people like Roan Montgomery, who was a fantastic character. I hope they bring him back.
As for Sarah, I think it's great for now that Chuck diffused all the tension in the last 3 episodes. It was starting to get on my nerves, LOL. Sometimes I get the feeling she's just 'playing' the spy bit, and she's not very good at it. I don't know if that makes sense, but maybe it's just the acting and the fact that she's younger than me and knows 'so much' LOL. She does have a bit too much heart, but I guess that hard boiledness comes with age and experience.
